Decoding life, the nature's way

Of the few people who are familiar with the word Solar Plexus, most imagine a yellow luminous ball(Chakra) at the abdomen of our body when they hear it, with some magical connections of it with our body, mind and spirituality. Though they are not wrong, the fact which makes it less believable is the mystic approach of explanation. Ancient Indian medics referred it to the inactive Naval gland at the surface level(So it's also called Nabhi Chakra), but with deeper understanding we can decipher that they were more interested in the cluster of nerve ganglia called Celiac plexus that radiates nerves throughout the abdomen and also supplies to the naval. Placed at the abdomen, this nerve plexus bears ample medical significance to our body which are properly described only in the theories of Ayurveda and Acupressure.
